All of the technical information you will need is also listed below. Please carefully review the pictures and see for yourself the condition this 5th wheel in. It is every bit as good as the pictures show. It is a very, very low use unit, no accident history, no current damage, no known water damage history, a non smoker, no signs of any pets and definately not a lived in unit. We believe that we are describing this 39' 2007 McKenzie Medallion Estate as accurately as possible. It is being sold as is once we have completed our final service and you have accepted delivery. It has been completely serviced and is now ready for it's next new owner. We have no other fees except the border delivery fee as discussed below. There are no title fees - no dealer fees and no documentation fees. Inspections prior to purchase are welcome AND encouraged. We can place you in contact with local independent providers of this service if you wish or certainly you can choose your own. As we are exclusively an internet business and not generally open to the public, prearranged appointments to view are necessary. Because we service our units while they are being advertised some units are not as set up as they were for the pictures.
